Through a partnership with Denver Public Schools (DPS), the Association of American Geographers (AAG) will create online professional development modules that will help geography teachers improve their content knowledge about climate change and Earth systems science. The online professional development will provide "just-in-time" Earth and climate change science content knowledge and resources for middle and high school level geography teachers to prepare them to teach required climate change curriculum in their classrooms. The online modules will integrate NASA education resources, data, and imagery to support teacher professional development and instruction on climate change.
